Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Tele caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing customers, promoting our Sites/services, and generating Booking or sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate booking or sales.

• Answer incoming calls from customers and resolve their queries.

• Maintain a database of customer information and call logs.

• Follow up on previous interactions and maintain positive customer relationships.

• We have No Targets.

• only for female candidates.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in [languages required – Tamil].

• Previous experience in tele calling, customer service, or sales is a plus.

• Working Hours: [9:50 AM – 6:15 PM]

• Work from office only.
