🧾 Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads.

• Explain our IT services including website design, development, SEO, social media marketing, and other digital solutions.

• Follow up with interested prospects and schedule meetings or demos with the sales team.

• Maintain records of conversations and leads in CRM software.

• Answer incoming inquiries professionally and route them to appropriate departments if required.

• Build rapport with customers to understand their requirements and suggest suitable services.
  

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi (or regional language).

• Confident, enthusiastic, and persuasive speaking ability.

• Basic understanding of websites and digital marketing is a plus.
