Key Responsibilities: Sales Operations and Customer Management
Generate sales through inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Identify and collate prospective client data using internet research and other available sources.
Make planned outbound sales calls to generate new business and achieve assigned sales targets.
Present and promote products/services to customers using approved sales scripts and pitches.
Provide accurate and complete product information and resolve basic customer queries.
Conduct continuous and periodic sales follow-ups to close leads and maintain customer relationships.
Optimize sales opportunities by negotiating prices and commercial terms in coordination with management.
Ensure high-quality customer service by adhering to organizational sales and service standards.
Maintain and update technical and product knowledge through training programs, workshops, and self-learning.
Contribute to team performance by consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.
Maintain sales records, customer databases, and call logs with accuracy and confidentiality.
Prepare and submit sales reports, transaction records, and relevant documentation as required.
Support management with sales data analysis and market feedback for business improvement.
