We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Telecaller to support our MBBS admissions process abroad. The selected candidate will be responsible for guiding students and their parents through the admission process, providing counseling, handling application procedures, and assisting with visa documentation. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and ensure a seamless experience for prospective students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents regarding MBBS admissions abroad

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to admission inquiries

• Guide students through application and visa processes

• Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups

• Coordinate with internal teams for timely admission updates

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Bachelor's degree

Strong communication skills in English and Kannada

Ability to engage confidently and professionally with students and parents

Immediate joiners preferred.
