Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calls:

  Initiate contact with potential and existing customers to promote products, services, or special offers, aiming to generate interest and drive sales. 

• Inbound Calls:

  Handle incoming calls to answer customer questions, provide support, resolve complaints, and offer information about products and services. 

• Lead Generation & Sales:

  Persuade customers to make purchases, schedule appointments, or sign up for new services. 

• Customer Relationship Management:

  Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales data in a CRM system. 

• Information Provision:

  Effectively explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers. 

• Follow-up:

  Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and drive further engagement. 

• Target Achievement:

  Meet daily, weekly, or monthly performance goals related to call volume, sales, or customer satisfaction. 

• Market Feedback:

  Gather customer insights and provide feedback to the sales or product teams to help improve services.
