BPO Convergence is seeking motivated and result-oriented Telecallers and Sales Executives to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing customer interactions, generating leads, and driving sales across multiple processes while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in a professional manner
Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers
Explain products and services effectively to drive conversions
Maintain accurate records and update customer data in the system
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets

Eligibility Criteria

Open to freshers as well as experienced candidates
