Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.

  • Explain products and services to customers and generate sales leads.

  • Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM tools.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualification: 10th pass / 12th pass / Graduate in any disciplin

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil .

  • Previous experience in a BPO or sales process preferred (Freshers can also apply).

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
