Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain products/services clearly and professionally.
Maintain customer database and update records regularly.
Follow communication scripts and company guidelines.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Achieve daily calling targets and lead-generation goals.
Schedule meetings or follow-up calls when required.
Provide feedback to the team to improve processes.
Good communication skills (Hindi / English / Gujarati as needed).
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM).
Positive attitude, confidence, and polite behavior.
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
Previous telecalling experience is an advantage.
