Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller (Female Preferred)

Location: Lucknow (Work from Office)

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on performance & experience)

Job Description:

We are hiring a confident and result-oriented Telecaller who can handle outbound and inbound calls professionally. The candidate should be comfortable speaking with customers, explaining services, and converting leads into potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers

Handle inbound enquiries and follow-ups

Explain company products/services clearly

Maintain daily call records and lead data

Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets

Coordinate with the internal team for updates

Required Skills:

Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, Basic English preferred)

Confident and polite speaking tone

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

Ability to handle rejection and pressure

Target-oriented mindset

Eligibility:

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)

Fresher can apply (Experience in telecalling/sales will be an advantage)

Working Hours:

10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
