We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken Telecalling Assistant to manage outbound and inbound calls, maintain accurate data records, and ensure smooth client communication. The ideal candidate should be organized, confident in communication, and comfortable handling customer interactions professionally.
Make calls to clients/customers as per provided data
Handle incoming calls and respond to client queries politely and effectively
Maintain and update client data, call logs, and follow-up records
Coordinate with internal teams for client requirements and updates
Schedule follow-up calls and ensure timely communication
Share daily/weekly call and data reports with the management
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all records
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Good verbal communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools)
Ability to manage data accurately and systematically
Polite, patient, and customer-focused attitude
