Tele calling

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with potential and existing customers over the phone. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services, meeting sales targets, and maintaining accurate records of all sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales and Lead Generation:

  • Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions to close sales.

  • Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, address inquiries, and generate repeat business.

  • Direct qualified leads to the sales team for further follow-up.

• Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with customers.

  • Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience.
