We are seeking a motivated and versatile individual to join our architect’s office as a Telecaller & Social Media Executive. The role involves client communication through calls, managing social media platforms, and handling basic office tasks with proficiency in computer applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound and inbound calls to clients, consultants, and vendors for follow-ups, appointments, and inquiries.
Maintain client database and update records regularly.
Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) – create posts, stories, and basic promotional content.
Coordinate with design and management teams for updates to be shared online.
Draft and send professional emails, letters, and proposals.
Assist in day-to-day office activities including document handling and scheduling.
Maintain good communication and a professional approach with clients.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Knowledge of computer applications (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or social media handling will be an advantage.
Qualification:
Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills and willingness to learn may also apply.
