Dikshi Technologies is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Calling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential candidates and clients, explaining our services and job opportunities, scheduling interviews, and maintaining proper follow-up records.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to candidates and clients.
Explain job openings and company services clearly.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with the HR team.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status.
Maintain accurate call records and update the CRM/database.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Sheets).
Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
