Job Key Roles & Responsibilities of Job :-
A Real Estate Tele caller’s Main Responsibility is to Generate Property Sales Leads by Making outbound calls to Potential Clients, Responding to inquiries, and scheduling site visits.
They must have Excellent Communication Skills to explain Property Details, Maintain Customer Records in CRM Systems, follow up on Leads & Coordinate with the Sales Team to Meet Sales Targets.
Key Responsibilities :-
Lead Generation: Make outbound Calls to Prospective clients to introduce Properties and Generate New Sales Leads.
Client Communication :- Respond to Incoming Calls and Inquiries, Providing Detailed Information about Properties & Answering Client Questions.
Appointment Scheduling :- Schedule and Coordinate property viewings (site visits) for Interested clients.
Client Relationship Management :- Maintain & Update Client information in the CRM system, Ensuring accurate and Detailed Records.
Follow-Up :- Conduct follow-up calls with Leads and existing customers to provide Additional information and Gather feedback.
Team Collaboration :- Work closely with the Sales & Marketing Teams to achieve sales Targets and support company objectives.
Market Knowledge :- Stay informed about Real Estate Market Trends, Property listings, and Project details.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Communication :- Strong verbal Communication, Persuasive, and active listening skills are Crucial for Engaging Clients Effectively.
Sales Acumen :- Ability to understand Customer needs, build rapport, and guide Prospects toward making a purchase or visiting a property.
Technical Proficiency :- Experience with CRM Software for managing customer data and other Tele calling Tools.
Organization :- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently and Handle Multiple Tasks.
Problem-Solving :- Ability to Handle objections Professionally & Provide Solutions to Client Concerns.
Educational Background :- A High School Diploma is often Sufficient, but a Bachelor's Degree is Preferred.
Experience :- Previous experience in Telemarketing or Tele calling, Preferably within the Real Estate Sector, is a Significant Advantage.
