Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, building customer relationships, and promoting our gold and diamond products through outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make Outbound Calls: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales leads and promote our products.
2. Build Customer Relationships: Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
3. Promote Products: Promote our gold and diamond products, including jewelry, coins, and bars, to potential customers.
4. Handle Objections: Handle customer objections and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
5. Meet Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
6. Update CRM: Update customer interactions and data in our CRM system to ensure accurate records and effective follow-up.
7. Collaborate with Team: Collaborate with other team members, including sales and marketing teams, to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
1. 1-2 Years of Experience: 1-2 years of experience in telecalling or sales, preferably in the gold and diamonds industry.
2. Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
3. Product Knowledge: Basic knowledge of gold and diamond products, including types, qualities, and pricing.
4. Sales and Marketing Skills: Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles, including prospecting, closing, and customer relationship building.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Graduate Degree: Graduate degree in any field, preferably in business, marketing, or a related field.
2. Additional Language Skills: Ability to speak additional languages, such as Hindi, Arabic, or Chinese.
3. Previous Experience in Gold and Diamonds: Previous experience in the gold and diamonds industry, preferably in sales or marketing.
