Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller Sales Executive to handle customer inquiries, generate leads, and convert prospects into sales through effective communication. The candidate should have strong convincing skills and the ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services.
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
Generate and maintain lead data for follow-ups.
Convince customers and close sales effectively.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain proper call records and customer database.
Coordinate with the sales team for customer visits and conversions.
Follow up with interested customers regularly.
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain good customer relationships and satisfaction.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service preferred.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office understanding.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
