Job Description

#Hiring: Lead Generation Specialist / Telecaller (Non-Premium)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₹1,56,000 - ₹1,80,000 per year

Location: 6th Floor, JTM Mall, Near Jagatpura Flyover, Model Town, Malviya Nagar, Jagatpura

Shift & Schedule:

• 9-hour Day Shift (8:45 AM – 8:45 PM)

• 6 Days Working, 1 Rotational Week-Off

• Paid Leaves: 2.5 PL/Month + Indian Festivals Off

Education:

• 12th Pass / Any Diploma / Graduate / Postgraduate (Preferred)

Experience:

• 1 year preferred, Freshers can also apply

Languages:

• English & Hindi (Preferred),

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and qualify prospects

• Use cold calling, email, and social media to generate leads

• Maintain a high volume of calls to meet targets

• Identify decision-makers and build rapport

• Document all interactions in CRM accurately

• Collaborate with sales team for smooth handover of leads

• Stay updated on products, services, and industry trends

• Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation targets

• Good communication & interpersonal skills

• Ability to explain products/services clearly

• Strong negotiation & persuasion skills

• Self-motivated and results-oriented

• Team player in a fast-paced environment

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
