Roles & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Promote Life, Health, and General Insurance products, along with Loan solutions.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial products.

• Generate leads, follow up on enquiries, and close sales.

• Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring excellent service.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 12th Pass; Graduates are preferred.

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
