Tele calling

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Marketing Telecallers to join our team.
Your main role will be to search potential customer contacts online, call them, and generate leads for our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search and collect relevant customer contact numbers from online sources (Google, Justdial, IndiaMART, etc.)

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our products

• Explain product features, benefits, and offers clearly and confidently

• Maintain call records and update daily lead reports

• Follow up with interested leads for conversions

• Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for lead handover and tracking

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English

• Basic computer and internet research knowledge

• Confident, polite, and persuasive phone manner

• Ability to work independently and meet targets

• Freshers and experienced candidates both are welcome
