We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining products or services, answering queries, and maintaining positive customer relationships to achieve sales targets.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain the company’s products/services.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
Generate leads and follow up on existing leads to convert them into sales.
Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
Build and maintain good customer relationships.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Provide feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products or services.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve performance.
Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass or Graduate.
Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or similar role (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
