About Gurugram Space

Gurugram Space is a growing real estate consultancy specializing in residential rentals, resale, purchase and property solutions across Gurugram. We are looking for confident and result-oriented individuals to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls with property owners and prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements including budget, property type, preferred locality, configuration and possession requirements.
Generate and qualify real estate leads through calling.
Coordinate with property owners, buyers and tenants.
Maintain accurate lead and customer records.
Follow up regularly with interested customers and convert qualified leads into site visits/deals.
Coordinate with the sales team for property visits and negotiations.
Maintain professional communication with clients over phone and WhatsApp.
Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
Stay updated with available properties, localities and current market requirements.

Candidate Requirements

Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Confident and professional telephone etiquette.
Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp and Excel/Google Sheets.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
Real estate sales/calling experience will be an advantage.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
