We are looking for a female Tele Callers and Process Coordinator for "Adhunik Switchgears Pvt Ltd" to handle customer interactions, follow-up calls, maintain customer relationship data and work process coordination.
Key Responsibilities for Tele Callers:
Make outbound calls to customers
Handle inbound queries politely
Follow ups to the clients
Key Responsibilities for Process Coordinator:
Monitor and track ongoing processes to ensure timely completion
Coordinate between departments to facilitate smooth workflow
Generate regular reports on process performance.
Follow ups to the client
Requirements:
Good communication skills

Soft spoken
Minimum qualification: Graduate or pursuing
Basic excel, MS-Word, MS- Office and computer knowledge
Should have 0-1 year work experience
