Outbound Calling: Contact existing & potential customers for service reminders, recalls, warranty checks, & promoting offers/packages (AMC, detailing).Inbound Handling: Answer calls about service needs, appointment booking, and general car maintenance questions.Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently book service appointments, optimizing service bay usage.Customer Engagement: Clearly explain service benefits, highlight promotions, and build positive relationships.Follow-Up: Confirm appointments, check on post-service satisfaction, and resolve issues.Data Management: Accurately update customer info and call logs in the dealership's database (CRM).Sales & Target Achievement: Meet goals for booked appointments and customer satisfaction.
