🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle overdue accounts and ensure timely recovery

• Make outbound calls and negotiate repayment plans with customers

• Track delinquent cases (DPD, PAR Buckets)

• Coordinate with Credit & Operations Teams

• Ensure compliance with company collection policies & regulatory guidelines

✅ Experience Required:

• 1–3 Years experience in NBFC / Fintech collections

• Experience in Unsecured / Payday Loan collections preferred

• Strong communication & negotiation skills
