Tele Caller

Om Jewels Inc is hiring a Tele Caller for our Surat, Varachha location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, handling customer queries, and providing information about our jewelry products and offers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers and prospects to promote products/offers

• Handle inbound/outbound customer queries professionally and resolve them promptly

• Maintain and update the customer database with accurate call records

• Follow up with customers regarding their queries, orders, or appointments

• Build and maintain good relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction

• Achieve daily/monthly call targets as set by the management

• Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-ups

• Maintain confidentiality of customer information

Requirements:

• Graduate (any stream)

• 2-3 years of experience in Customer Support / Tele Calling

• Good communication skills (English)

• Pleasant and confident telephone manner

• Basic computer knowledge

• Working night shift

Working Days: 6 days a week
Shift: Night
