Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller

Job Summary:

We're looking for a tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Tally Tech Support Executive. You'll provide technical support and troubleshooting for Tally software and related services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Resolve customer queries and issues related to Tally software

- Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat

- Troubleshoot and fix issues with Tally ERP/ Tally Prime

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues

- Conduct remote sessions for customers (if needed)

Requirements:

- 0-1 year of experience in Tally tech support or similar role

- Good knowledge of Tally ERP/ Tally Prime

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
