Working Days: 6 Days Working (Rotational Week Off)
Shift: Rotational Shifts
Salary: ₹20,000 CTC | ₹16,000 In-Hand

Job Overview:

We are hiring Technical Support Executives for a domestic process. The role involves assisting customers with technical queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions for technical support
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to products/services
Provide step-by-step solutions and guidance to customers
