Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound & outbound customer calls via IVR
Respond to queries through calls, email & WhatsApp
Resolve customer issues and escalate when required
Maintain records in CRM and prepare reports
Ensure timely follow-ups for issue resolution
Requirements
B.Tech / Engineering graduate
0–2 years of experience (Freshers can apply)
Good communication & basic technical knowledge
Comfortable with rotational shifts (including night shifts)
Additional Details
1-year bond applicable
