Primary Job
Providing technical support to the clients via different modes i.e. telephonic, chat, Email etc.
Majorly handle the software support calls from the clients
Solve the queries related to tax return filing, bill print issue and re-installation of software
Handle software customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions & alternatives within the time limit
Skills
Basic knowledge of Computer Applications and software's
Troubleshooting, software and hardware configuration
Candidate must be good with English and Hindi communication skills along with pleasing personality.
