Job Summary
Origain Global Corp is looking for a Technical Support Executive to provide software and application support to clients. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with software installation, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth operation of company applications.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, WhatsApp, and remote access
Install and configure software applications for clients
Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues
Guide clients on software usage and features
Maintain support records and follow-up reports
Coordinate with the technical team for issue resolution
Ensure timely response and customer satisfaction
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of computers, software, and Windows OS
Understanding of software installation and troubleshooting
Basic networking and internet knowledge
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to learn new software applications quickly
Qualifications
Graduate / Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred
