Job Overview
We are hiring experienced Technical Support Executives for an international voice process. The role focuses on providing real-time troubleshooting and customer assistance related to internet connectivity and networking devices.
Candidates should have strong diagnostic skills and the ability to deliver high-quality customer support in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical troubleshooting support for ISP-related issues
Diagnose and resolve problems related to WiFi, routers, and modems
Handle international customer queries via voice support
Deliver clear step-by-step technical guidance to customers
Maintain service quality standards and customer satisfaction
Salary & Benefits
Experienced (1+ year international tech support): Up to ₹4.99 LPA
B.Tech / BCA Freshers: ₹23,000 in-hand

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 1 year of international technical support experience OR
B.Tech / BCA freshers are also eligible
(ISP / WiFi / Router / Modem troubleshooting)
Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills
Willing to work in rotational shifts
