Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls and chat
Identify and troubleshoot technical issues with accuracy and efficiency
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical and sales solutions
Drive revenue through consultative selling, upselling, and cross-selling
Achieve individual and team KPIs including CSAT, Sales, Productivity, and Quality
Ensure high levels of professionalism, empathy, and customer satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 1 year of experience (International BPO experience preferred)
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Willingness to work in 24×7 rotational shifts and rotational week-offs
Graduation is mandatory (Computer/IT background preferred)
Immediate joiners preferred

Compensation
1 Year Experience: Up to ₹42,000 CTC
2 Years Experience: Up to ₹44,000 CTC
(Salary depends on interview performance and experience)
