Key Responsibilities: • Handle ERP implementation, configuration, and go-live.
• Understand client requirements and map them to ERP modules.
• Provide user training and onboarding support.
• Resolve client issues and provide ongoing system support.
• Coordinate with technical teams for bug fixes and enhancements.
Requirements: • 1–5 year experience in ERP implementation/support (EdTech preferred).
