Hiring: Technical Support Executive – Smart Devices

Location: Gurgaon
Work Mode: Work from Office

Role Overview:
Technical support role involving troubleshooting smart devices, configuring mobile applications, resolving connectivity and product usage issues, and guiding customers on proper usage.

Eligibility:
• Graduate candidates only
• Minimum 1 year experience in technical support
• Good English communication required
• Basic knowledge of device configuration and troubleshooting

Salary:
CTC: ₹22,000 per month
In-hand: ₹18,000 per month

Shift & Working Days:
Fixed day shift
6 working days with rotational weekly off
