The Telecaller / Customer Support Executive is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, assisting customers with their inquiries, promoting products or services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through polite and professional communication.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Handle inbound customer calls and resolve their queries effectively.
Provide information about company products or services.
Maintain customer data and update call records in the system.
Follow up with customers for feedback and service satisfaction.
Meet daily and monthly call targets.
Work closely with the sales and support teams to improve customer experience.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Previous experience in telecalling or customer support preferred.
Minimum 12th pass or Graduate (any stream).
