2.Allocate jobs to body shop service advisor based on skill level and workload.

3.Monitor job progress and ensure vehicles are delivered within the promised time.

4.Improve customer satisfaction through quality repairs and timely delivery.

5.Handle customer complaints related to body repairs and insurance work.

6.Ensure clear communication with customers regarding repair progress, cost, and delivery date.

7.Lead, motivate, and develop body shop advisor and technicians and supervisors.

8.Identify training needs and arrange skill development programs.

9.Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance of the team.

10.Monitor spare parts and consumable usage.

11.Reduce wastage of paint, materials, and workshop resources.
