The Service Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the automobile service department. Team Management
Lead, motivate, and supervise service advisors, technicians, workshop supervisors, and support staff.
Conduct regular training and performance evaluations.

Business Performance
Achieve service revenue, labor sales, and profitability targets.
