1.      Provide site pre-requirements to customer and organizing for installation and commissioning of systems.

2.      The candidate shall be responsible for handling customer service calls for the respective region.

3.      Giving daily line-ups to service engineers and checking and allocating them according to service issues

4.      To take responsibility of service payment follow up, timely completion of open issues.

5.      Deputing engineer as per AMC schedule.
