💼 Role: Service Associate (Full-Time)

Responsibilities

• Preparing popcorn & serving food

• Greeting and welcoming guests

• Billing & customer handling

• Kitchen / counter area cleaning

• Operating the box office

🎓 Eligibility

• Age: 18–24 years

• Qualification: 12th Pass / Hotel Management Graduates / Any Graduate

• Gender: Males

• Must be flexible with rotational shifts

💰 Salary & Benefits

• ₹16,000 Basic + ₹1,000 Attendance Bonus = ₹16,750 Take-Home

• ₹2,000 uniform deduction

⏰ Shifts

For Males (Both Locations)

• Mid Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• Evening Shift: 4:30 PM – 1:30 AM (may extend till 3:00 AM)

  • Must report 1 hour early

• Weekly Off: Monday–Thursday (1 day off)

• Friday–Sunday → Mandatory working

• Festivals → Mandatory working

• Night shift drop available (4–5 km radius)
