Job Description

We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our team at Packerials. This role focuses on handling customer service calls, coordinating service activities, maintaining records, and ensuring timely follow-ups. It is suitable for a junior or entry-level candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and record service complaints from customers via call or WhatsApp
Coordinate service requests with internal technicians or vendors
Inform customers about service schedules and visit timelines
Follow up to ensure service complaints are closed properly
Maintain basic service records, job details, and customer data
Coordinate with sales team for machine details and customer history
Prepare daily service updates and simple weekly reports

Job Requirements:

Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred)
Ability to coordinate with customers and internal team
Basic understanding of machines / technical products (training will be provided)
Comfortable using mobile, WhatsApp, and basic Excel
Polite, patient, and responsible attitude
