We are looking for a Service advisor to join our team at Manmohan Motors. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Two Wheeler. The role offers ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend customers and understand vehicle issues/complaints
Conduct preliminary inspection of two-wheelers
Prepare job cards and explain service details to customers
Coordinate with technicians for timely and quality service
Provide cost estimates and obtain customer approvals
Ensure timely delivery of serviced vehicles
Explain repairs and maintenance work done
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
Promote value-added services, spare parts, and service packages
Maintain service records and update system/software
Job Requirements:
Basic knowledge of two-wheeler servicing and parts
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer handling and problem-solving ability
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Service Software)
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 3 years of experience. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.
