Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and professional Service advisor to join our team for Kalyani Motors in Hyderabad at our LB Nagar location. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Servicing reminders. The role offers ₹13200 - ₹20000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have 0.5 - 1 years of experience in customer service or a telecaller role and should be proficient in Telugu, Hindi. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This position requires Graduate, and the candidate should be willing to work 6 days working during the Day shift.
