Job Profile: Telesales Executive

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Candidates must have completed at least 12th grade (Higher Secondary). Graduates will also be considered.

• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a telesales or telecalling role is mandatory. Prior experience in a BPO voice process will be an added advantage.

• Communication Skills: Applicants should possess excellent verbal communication skills, with clear diction and clarity in speech. The ability to convince and influence customers effectively is crucial.

• Customer Handling: The role involves interacting with a high volume of customers over the phone. Candidates must be confident, persuasive, and able to handle objections smartly.

• Sales Orientation: The ideal candidate should be motivated by targets and incentives, with a proven ability to close sales over calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.

• Identify customer needs and provide relevant product or service information.

• Generate leads and follow up to convert them into sales.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets.
