Make outbound calls to potential & existing customers
Explain company products/services clearly and professionally
Maintain positive relationships with customers
Handle inbound inquiries and resolve basic doubts
Update customer details and maintain call records
Achieve daily/weekly call targets
Follow communication scripts & company guidelines
Provide feedback to improve customer experience
Excellent communication skills – Hindi/English (or regional language)
Confident, polite & customer-friendly attitude
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM is a plus)
Ability to handle rejection & stay motivated
Freshers & experienced candidates welcome
Graduation not mandatory (12th pass can apply)
