Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and provide accurate banking-related information.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable banking products/services.

• Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing queries promptly and professionally.

• Maintain and update customer interaction records in the system.

• Conduct follow-up calls with potential customers to close sales.

Requirements

• Any graduate (background in Banking or Finance is an added advantage).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle queries with professionalism and patience.

• A sales-driven mindset with a strong desire to meet targets.

• Basic knowledge of banking products is a plus.

• Open to freshers as well as candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
