Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
Explain offerings clearly and persuasively to drive interest and conversions.
Maintain customer database and call records accurately.
Follow up on leads to achieve daily and weekly targets.
Handle customer queries professionally and courteously.
Requirements
0–1 year of experience in telesales or customer service (freshers welcome).
Must be fluent in Kannada, Malayalam, or Telugu (any one language).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Willingness to work from the Chennai office.
