We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telesales Executive to handle inbound and outbound sales calls,
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic e-commerce understanding, and the ability to close sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to onboard seller account on e-commerce portal and promote our e-commerce services .

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain professional communication with customers through calls, WhatsApp, and email.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of telesales or telecalling experience .

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English .

• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.

• Ability to handle objections and convert hesitant customers.

• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, website inquiries, etc.) is plus.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.

• Ability to multitask and manage daily follow-ups.

• Confident, energetic, and target-driven.

• Customer-centric with a positive attitude.

• Quick learner and adaptable to e-commerce systems.

• Disciplined, punctual, and organized.
