We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telesales Executive to handle inbound and outbound sales calls,
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic e-commerce understanding, and the ability to close sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to onboard seller account on e-commerce portal and promote our e-commerce services .
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain professional communication with customers through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–2 years of telesales or telecalling experience .
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English .
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to handle objections and convert hesitant customers.
Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, website inquiries, etc.) is plus.
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
Ability to multitask and manage daily follow-ups.
Confident, energetic, and target-driven.
Customer-centric with a positive attitude.
Quick learner and adaptable to e-commerce systems.
Disciplined, punctual, and organized.
Fixed salary plus incentive.
Incentives: Performance-based
6-day working (Sunday off)
One CL per month.
