Job Description – Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

Key Responsibilities
Generate quality leads through IndiaMART, Justdial and other online platforms.
Handle telephonic sales and customer enquiries and convert leads into sales.
Contact potential customers, understand their requirements and explain AHN Lubricants products.
Follow up with existing and potential customers regularly.
Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, enquiries and sales.
Coordinate with the sales team for quotations, orders and customer requirements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Achieve assigned lead generation, calling and sales targets.
Required Skills & Experience
Mandatory experience in lead generation through IndiaMART and Justdial.
Proven experience in telephonic sales / telesales.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Ability to handle customer objections and convert enquiries into orders.
Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for maintaining lead records.
Target-oriented, confident and proactive personality.
Preferred Candidate
We are looking for a female candidate with strong communication and sales skills, who has hands-on experience in IndiaMART, Justdial lead generation and telephonic sales.
