Tele calling Sales Team. (B2B & B2C)

(India MART Seller Portal Experience Required)

Job Location Work from Office – Pul Pehladpur, New Delhi, 110044

Job Type Full-time

Salary ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Performance-based Incentives

Job Responsibilities·

Handle incoming buyer leads and calls from the India MART Seller Portal

· Call and follow up with prospective customers

· Understand customer requirements and explain relevant products/services

· Update lead status, remarks, and follow-ups on the India MART portal and Google Sheets

· Convert qualified leads into confirmed sales

· Maintain daily call logs and sales reports using Google Sheets

· Coordinate with the internal team for quotation, order processing, and dispatch

. Procurement Process.

Required Skills & Experience

Mandatory: Hands-on experience with India MART Seller Panel

· Experience in tele calling or B2B sales (industrial products preferred)

· Knowledge of:

· Lead management

· Buyer inquiry handling

· Lead boosting / preferred leads (basic understanding)

· Good communication skills in Hindi and English

· Strong sales-oriented and target-driven mindset

· Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in tele calling or sales (preferred)

Preferred Candidate Profile

. Experience in Industrial, Grease, Oil, (Lubricant), or B2B product sales

· Ability to manage multiple leads and close deals efficiently

· Comfortable working with daily calling targets and sales reporting

. (India MART Seller Portal Experience Required)

The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling industrial, aviation, and specialty lubricant products, including but not limited to:

· Kluber Greases & Oil (Lubricants)

· OKS Industrial Greases & Oil (Lubricants)

· Molykote Greases & Oil (Lubricants)

· Aeroshell Greases & Hydraulic Oils

· 3M Industrial Products, Tapes, Adhesives, Sealants, Etc.

· Other aviation, industrial, and Defence-grade lubricants and consumables

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
