We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Telecaller to support patient coordination and outreach for our TB clinic. The candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, counsel patients regarding TB diagnosis, treatment adherence, and follow-up schedules. The role includes maintaining accurate patient records and updating information in the system. The Senior Telecaller will coordinate with lab technicians and doctors for test updates and treatment tracking, and follow up with missed or high-risk patients. Additionally, the candidate will build and maintain positive relationships with patients, ensuring high satisfaction and trust. Strong communication skills, empathy, and basic knowledge of TB programs are essential. The candidate should be detail-oriented and capable of handling sensitive patient interactions professionally. A minimum of 3 years of relevant telecalling experience, preferably in healthcare, is required.
